Cinnamon & Richard fell in love with Sintra and wanted to have their Wedding Session among its gorgeous surroundings.
They came a long way from Shanghay, where they’ve met and lived.
Cinnamon, originally from Taiwan and Richard – half Portuguese and half Swiss plan to move to Portugal in the future to enjoy this unique quality of life.
The coast of Sintra is wild and powerful. The Atlantic Ocean and its cold waves crashing at the rocky cliffs create very dramatic landscape. The town itself also has a humid and chilly micro climat which often surprises travellers. It’s colder, rainier and windier than Lisbon, but thanks to that it’s also truly green and the vivid forests are more similar to Europe outside the Iberian Peninsula.
We started in town and we managed to create some interesting frames together. Hills over Praia da Ursa were unbelievably calm and warm that day. Cinnamon was very impressed with the size of the rocks at Ursa beach. She said they seemed so much smaller in the pictures. I took a couple of shots from a very distant position to create the proper impression of those huge rocks in comparison with tiny humans next to them 🙂
The sunset was just perfect. Time lovely spent with fantastic couple.
